Animus Solutions is seeking an experienced SAM Consultant to support commercial and government clients, across the US, and primarily in the Tampa, FL area, often in a distributed team environment.
 
We have immediate openings for a senior level consultant with good client skills to develop asset management solutions, working directly with clients to establish asset management processes that conform to industry best practices, and to be a leading member of the solution implementation team.   East coast (US) work hours are required, with some off-hours work required to meet demanding and sometimes fluid client demands.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver innovative and practical SAM solutions, including bet practice business processes covering the full life cycle
• Support legacy data analysis and profiling
• Conduct requirements gathering, process development and documentation
• Recommend and implement automated SAM tools
• Work with business process owners to extract data from various source systems, and to clean, reconcile, transform and load data in to automated systems
• Documentation and presentation of findings and recommendations

Education, Certifications

• BA or BS plus at least 4 years SAM consulting experience is required
• One or more SAM certifications is required

Desired Skills & Experience

• Consulting experience with one of the ‘big’ consulting companies is a plus
• Expertise with software licensing, contracts and software asset management
• Expertise in development of ITAM, SAM processes and process flow documentation
• Knowledge of ITAM best practices, CMMI methodologies and business process
• Hands-on experience with one or more automated tools is required,

• LANDesk
• BDNA
• BMC Remedy and Tideway
• IBM MRO
